"Since errors code suggests a drain issue, I have tested unit manually and it worked fine, proceeded to physically inspection of the drain hose and found a very bad kink at the gray elbow connection to the water inlet and outlet tank. I have corrected the issue and also suggested to consumers to bring installers back to finish they job. Unit is not secured nor level or plumed."

Unit making noise during operation. I found noise coming from refrigerant lines. I adjusted and tightened compressor to stop noise. Tested unit. All tests good.
