Also detergent dispenser door latch not functioning. Tested dishwasher in NORMAL cycle. Found water temperature being supplied to unit below the required 120f as outlined in the supplied installation instructions. Tested three separate times, best temperature entering unit was 105fInstalled replacement detergent dispenser assembly. "Customer cleaned machine after sd but was not able to clear. Was unplugged when I arrived Per tech sheet Sd is displayed when the machine/motor control, by analyzing drag on the basket, detects a suds-lock condition, and is steady on while the control then runs a mini cleanout cycle. If the cleanout cycle is unable to correct the over-sudsing problem, the cycle ends and Sd flashes in the display. This may signify:Load is bunched or twisted around agitator. Excessive detergent usage.Basket cannot engage during drain step.Mechanical friction on drive mechanism, not allowing basket to engageChecked unit nothing blocking unit basket and stator. Unit is moving loosely and still wont spin. Control board issue. Unit drain with no spin fills and trys to find position to agitate or spin but wont engage. Need control. Wont run no cycle. Control board discontinued W10591280Unrepairable."

Upon arrival cx stated unit still coding out with f9e1. Drain pump is operating correctly. Drain hose has high loop. Found a portion of the hose behind the dishwasher was raised up a lot making it harder for drain pump to push out water. Corrected hose. All functions working properly. Cx stated they clean dishes beforehand with dish soap. Informed to try and not use dish soap on dishes before cycle because that will cause to many suds in unit making it harder to drain water. The unit has no space between the washer the sink and the dryer (see pictures) the only sound I could hear was from this and potentially the slider rubbing. Replaced slider and tested. Unit checks ok. The person here is not familiar with the problem and there is no recording of the sound. Found unit just pulsing basket back and forth when cycle is started. When pause is pressed it would still keep pulsing basket. Software issue. I hooked the GE Service Tool to port on board and found that the firmware was out of date. I updated firmware and re tested. All tests good now.
