CX says the washer is leaving clothes wet after rinse/spin. Installed smarthq and checked the unit found couple error codes for lock and flood issue. The issue is the drain hose (external) it collapsed in the hole it goes thru causing poor drain. The unit operates properly with put collapsed drain hose. CX will have Manager replace the hose. Unit is fully operational.
