"Found an F6E3 excess suds in the pump, ran normal cycle, was able to duplicate the suds issue and found excessive Sid buildup. Drained ran a normal cycle again but with vegetable oil. Ran for 10 minutes, drained, ran normal cycle again and some suds were still present. Added more oil and ran normal cycle again. Drained and ran normal cycle and verified that no more suds were present. Advised customer to run the dishwasher as many times as she can to verify that the dishwasher is completing the cycles. F6E3 can be triggered by the diverter malfunctioning. If customer requests service preorder WPW10328226 sump and motor. As of now the dishwasher is functioning."
