JB out 4/24/23. Customer stated the dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. Ran diagnostics and found no stored fault codes. Tested dryer in Regular cycle. Verified burner operating properly. Inspected exhaust vent hood and found located within a few inches from the ground (restricted exhaust airflow) causing long dry time needed. Tested unit again in Timed dry cycle. Verified correct flame size and color. Allowed unit to run in Timed dry cycle for about 15minutes. Verified normal cycling and burner operation. Recommend customer replace exhausting exhaust vent hood with a Louvered style so it does not restrict exhaust airflow. No parts needed. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE .
