( High Efficiency) washing machines that fill with small amounts of water as mandated by the US government. Tested washer in Normal/ Medium cycle. Discover that the HOT water supply faucet was closed. Custer states that HOT water is not used. Opened HOT Faucet and instructed that the onboard computer must detect both Hot and Cold water supply or the wash cycle may be canceled automatically.tested wash cycle again on Tap Cold and found very low volume of water flow. Removed cold water from faucet to verify cold water volume from the faucet is very low. Recommend calling a licensed plumber to correct the cold water flow issue.No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE
