Ran diagnostics and found 11 33 27 error codes. Cleared codes and ran tests. Water test took 5 minutes to fill. Found hot water supply shut off. Checked filters on water inlet valve and they were clear. Opened hot water supply and water fill passed test. Ran spin test and unit squeaked when shifting gears. Replaced belt and ran spin test. Noise is gone and unit spun balanced. Found drain hose stuck too far down drain pipe. Pulled out drain pipe and zip tied it to have an air gap. Unit is now running as designed.

Upon arrival customer described refrigerator compartment getting too cold. Lettuce got icy. And I perform diagnostic check. Found no faults. Took refrigerator interior ice box temperature in reading 37° in. Customer stated razor working correctly. No issues with unit. Operations unit is cooling correctly. The customer noted no issues at this time.
