JB out 9/8/23 customer states water flow from water dispenser is very slow. Upon arrival found filter had been replaced approximately three weeks earlier. Tested water dispenser function. Verified slow water flow. Removed existing water filter and installed filter bypass. Found water flow now restored to normal flow rate. This indicates that the recently install filter has done his job. Advised customer to install a new replacement water filter being careful to select only the brand name called every drop by whirlpool do not use aftermarket or store brand filters as they may damage the water filtration system. Advised customer to remove toepanel grill cover every 2 to 4 months for the life of the product and vacuum and brush the condenser coils. Clean to maintain high energy. Efficiency levels. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete.

Found control bad witch is disconnected

"Upon arrival, inspected unit, found that the icemaker had fallen off and was hanging from one screw, which, when it was filling with water, and the water was pouring out into the actual ice, been causing the ice in the ice bin to freeze into a flat plate I was able to tighten the screws. I got the icemaker back where it should be. Icemaker went through harvest mode and filled with water. Advised customer to give at least five days eight hours for the unit to start creating ice again job complete."

Customer was kind enough to connect water hoses. Drain line and electricity. Tested unit in spin cycle. Verified tub is locked and unit does not spin, belt is burning. Removed water hoses for water pump. Verified no foreign objects within water pumps. Inspected helix verified operating until pulley. Is lifted up then drive unit locks. I am able to turn into a spin basket by hand, but with great force, indicating a foreign object between the spin basket and outer tub. Per speed, queen warranty to the first single-family, household, consumer or by warranty transfer to new owner if the unit is operated in multi use, setting or commercial application the unit limited warranty is three years parts warranty. Only labor coverage is not included in this limited warranty. Alliance, laundry systems is not responsible for clothing or machine damage caused by foreign objects placed in the unit..There is a foreign object logs between the spin basket in the outer tub preventing the unit from spinning. Refer customer to customer service for resolution"

"JB out 9/8/23. Customers concern of water does not feel well enough water. Customer states that intermittently the dispenser drawer for detergent and fabric softener, sometimes leave the fabric softener and detergent in the drawer, even after the end of the cycle. Advise customer when normal wash is selected, the machine is designed to deliver a very, very small amount of water into the wash tub. Typically around 2 to 4 inches high from the bottom of the wash tub maximum only. This is normal and required by law is the normal wash light. When selecting heavy duty cycle or white cycle, towels, cycle or bulky items cycle and selecting cycle modifier DEEP FILL only of those above listed cycles, the machine during the course of the wash cycle will add more water about half a tub full. This is by design. Tested washer in Heavy Duty cycle and DEEP FILL option selected verified the water in the tub did fill to about 1/2 tub of water. See quick pic photo.Inspected detergent dispenser drawer assembly. Found detergent compartment siphon cap not properly installed. Corrected alignment on cap. Tested operation. Verified dispenser. Fills and syphons empty. Also tested Dispenser or Operation and Found operating correctly at this time. Unable to verify any mechanical problem, other than the misalignment of the detergent dispenser syphon Cap. Advise customer unable to find or verify any other Defect at this time. Remind customer to use only HE detergent and very, very small amounts typically that one measured a teaspoon maximum for this low, fill., high-efficiency washing machine.No parts used or needed. "Called tech line Checked the unit fount the fresh food thermistor is tracking way too cold , but the fresh food section would be 52°F. I installed a brand new cover assembly, which included a brand new three master check to cover assembly, found that there was wrap covering the airflow where the sensor is remove that cover and wrap from the Thermistor assembly unit started calling, correct at this time allow 48 hours for everything to go back to normal"

Ran tested dryer with a load of towels all ok. The towels came out dry. Instructed customer to use the more dry setting and to place items against the sensors in order for sensors to make good contact with damp clothes. Unit operating as designed.
