Upon arrival tested washing machine in drain and spin cycle. Allow washer to complete the cycle verified no shaking or vibration. Machine did not walk forward, but is sitting against the metal pipe. advise customer to evenly load close around the agitator when loading the washtubs this will help prevent off balance condition. further advised, sometimes even the most evenly loaded balance load will sometimes my grade off balance when this happens the cycle should be paused, and the clothing should be redistributed evenly around the agitator. Relocated washing machine about 4 inches back away from the post. Ran spin cycle again and verified machine. Does not shake or vibrate and does not walk. No parts required. No charge to customer.
