Upon arrival found that unit was making kind of a clanking noise. At this point I took the unit apart I replaced all for roller wheels. The idler pulley wheel also replaced the blower wheel. Turning it back on unit is no longer making noise. I did advise the customer that the venting is not proper on the unit and we need to be readjusted somewhere because the unit is going to start short cycling due to poor ventilation but at the moment the unit is working as intended job complete; used 1 Wp697772 (Blower wheel) from stock

Dryer does not dry on sensor cycles. Checked unit and all ops working as designed. Cx has not gotten vent cleaned in over 5 years goes up to roof. Referred to vent cleaners. Unit is working as designed

Cx unit makes knocking noises and banged up side of unit no error codes but unit is very unbalanced upstairs in a drip pan. Drip pan is broken and is not doing its job needs to be replaced. Leveled unit and balanced. Cx saw unit now running and working as designed no more abnormal noises. Cx instruct on use and care. Cx advised me they were simply dumping load in tub. informed customer to make sure to properly load. Unit is working as designed
