Checked for faults 8-1(slow drain) and ran a service test and found the flow restricted. Removed broken glass from the pump filter area and cleaned the filter. This should be done regularly for best performance. There was no rinse aid in the dispenser which is necessary or dry dishes. If it is not used this will always be an issue with tech support. When the unit drains it comes out of the air gap. Unit is operating as designed. RUN HOT WATER AT THE SINK UNTIL IT IS 120F BEFORE STARTING THE DISHWASHER.
