Found no error codes stored at this time. Ran through diagnostic cycle and all functions tested properly. Did find the hot water tap in the off position. It was set to cool so that can cause issues. Recommend customer leave on tap cold so no issues arise with water supply. Recalibrated unit and all tested properly.

"On arrival I found the washer flood pad full of water, found a loose inlet water supply line leaking water, I reinstalled and secured water line , I ran diagnostics found error code F7E1 basket speed fault, erased error code, ran test, unit is now leak free and operating properly as designed at this time of service, also customer advised on how to properly use the unit"
