"Unit not making ice. I cycled ice maker and ice maker didnt cycle. I found loose harness at ice maker, I pushed connector in all the way and ice maker now will run diagnostic. Dry little water filled. I informed customer to have water supply checked. Ice maker tested good after connector was installed all the way. All tests good."
