"Checked the unit codes was an F0E2 over suds followed by F5E2 door lock , at some point customer had a suds lock and a locked door as a result would not unlock tested the unit on a towel setting unit filled up with water and soap. No other issues found advise customer correct settings for better performance, and not to overload more than half full dry clothes. Unit is working as designed at this time."
