JB out 8/1/23. Customer states washer shakes and bangs badly in spin cycle.Upon arrival found two washers and two dryer plugged into a single outlet.Advised customer to have a qualified electrician bout to install one dedicated power outlet AND dedicated Circuit Break for EACH appliance per supplied installation instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may void any warranty coverage.Tested washer is spin cycle (empty) verified bad shaking.Found fail suspension rods due to heavy overloading of washer. Instruct customer this washer is he or high efficiency washer that uses very small amount of water. Advise LESS DETERGENT (NO HE TURBO).use maximum one teaspoon of he detergent powder or liquid. No pods. And greatly reduce amount of clothes washer per load.Tested operation.No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE

"JB out 8/1/23. Customer states unit produces ice cubes with a very small amounts. Upon arrival verified approximately eight ice cubes in a storage bin. Inspected cool essentials and found freezer set it for bars reset to five bars for colder temperature. Inspected Vanessa calls and found plugged in. Instruct customer to remove toepanel grill every two months for the life of the product vacuum and wash. The condenser causes clean. This will help increase the production of ice. Also, water filter has not been replaced since new. Recommend customer replace water filter using only the brand called Everydrop by whirlpool. This an every drop filter #1. Cycled icemaker and verified correct harvest, full tray of ice cubes were ejected from icemaker into ice storage bin below. Verified water fill cycle as well. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Removed refrigerator compartment Evaporator cover. Install replacement evaporator cover assembly with fan part number W1161-0999. Reassembled unit and tested operation. Unit is now operating as designed and is operating very quietly. No charge to customer as claim was started before expiration of manufactures warranty job complete"

"JB out 8/1/23. Customer states washing machine will intermittently leak water on the floor causing floor damage. Please see quick pic photographs. Upon arrival inspected rubber door. Follow assembly and door glass. Found no damage. Tears or cracks in rubber doorbell assembly. Inspected door and found residue of hair which can cause small drip or leaks during water cycle. Recommend customer wipe door, seal and glass clean regularly to prevent hair from pausing Leaks. Tested Washer in Normal regular cycle. Allowed unit to run. Unable to verify any water leak at this time. Discuss with customer clean washer with a Afresh cycle. Customer is currently using no spell bleach during the clean washer cycle. Per supplied use and care guide. It is recommended against using no spill or thickened bleach. Only regular chlorine bleach may be used. Suggest customer try the AFFRESH clean washer tablets. Unable to verify any water leak at this time. No parts used. No charge the customer. Job complete."
