Found first the drain pump fins separated from the pump itself and is the reason for the unit not draining properly. The basket has a lot of play in it so it requires a full rebuild of the tub and basket assembly. The basket is nla. As a result of the play in the basket the front suspension rods are broken. When trying to select a cycle the user interface is not responding properly. Will need all parts ordered and a few of the parts are on back order or nla. Gas coils have failed. Coils failed due to overheating. Overheating due to clogged exhaust vent. Cx wants vent cleaning done when repairs are done. Cx agreed to $145 service call fee for vent cleaning. Will charge Cx on next visit. Sensing cycles operating as designed. I believe the leak is coming from the diverter. Hart to fully tell but I believe its coming form there.
