Repair man mislead me into thinking my water was not to melt the pods told me to turn up the water, did that, waited several day then he said I needed a new sump pump whickhnwas going to be 600. I called another repairman and he actually charged me a service call,again and there was a popsicle stick caught he pulled it out dishwasher worked fine, I’m requesting my 125 back

Poorest service experience I’ve ever had.

Ridiculous! a 1hour hold on phone call to talk to someone. First service repair only lasted two hours then returned to same problem. According to Juan ,”It was a defective product”. 2 nd service repair agent said,”I’m sending you a Repair Specialist, they have more experience” Unfortunately, it was Juan G again. I was as disappointed as he was! He never touched the fridge. He ignored my questions by typing a letter into his laptop. He stated,”I have to tell my boss exactly what’s wrong with the fridge”. He asked to take a picture of the model number information inside so I opened the door for him. While taking the photo and typing inside my fridge his greased hair repeatedly rubbed along the inside of my fridge. After several minutes of this, I finally had to ask him if I could please close the fridge and he continue typing outside of it. He silently put away his laptop and said,” There is nothing wrong with the fridge door”. Then he walked out of my house ignoring my questions. I informed him that I was disgusted and was calling the company to report him. I called and waited 45 minutes to speak to his manager. The manager was rude and scheduled another appointment with another technician he had in the area (his words) the following week for 8/14/20 8am-12pm. This was a NO -SHOW! I will contact Home Depot’s Corporate Office for assistance. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional service like this and no one else should have to either.

Where I’m disappointed is the product, In March the refrigerator broke down they replaced it with a faulty part. In May the part broke down again . A little more then the 45 days required to honor the Full warranty . Which meant I had to pay to have a built in refrigerator moved twice $(800.00)Then the replacement part took Months to get. Which I find incompetent . So I have been without a refrigerator on off since March. The insurance company not helpful. I can’t believe a company like Whirlpool has so few parts in there inventory or so that many compressorS break down they run out. Whirlpool needs To have theIr products made in America AGAIN.

The repair specialist, Steven, was courteous, professional and straightforward. His arrival was delayed but I was given advance notice earlier in the day that this would happen. He had to come back the next day because of some issue with the replacement part, and scheduled us earlier in the day to try minimize the inconvenience. He worked quickly and was able to fix our washer. My husband and I were very happy with the job he did.

The serviceman arrived after 2:00 p.m. because he was fully booked, though he was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. - noon. He was very pleasant and completed his work in about 30 minutes. We paid $115.00 for the service. After he left we put a load of laundry in the washer only to learn that the same problem - water does not drain upon completion of cycle- still occurred. We ended up using the 14 minute spin cycle to dry the laundry. The service, therefore, was unsatisfactory as we paid for repair work without expected results.

Tech had a very poor attitude, almost like he didn’t want to be there. Maybe had a bad day somewhere else? But he was sure to take it out on us. He had a terrible attitude, at the end of the visit, he just disappeared, we had to go outside to chase him down but he was gone. Was rude and did not follow safety protocols. Meaning that when he wore the mask he wore it inappropriately. His feedback could have been with a far more professional tone. He literally said “you can’t expect the washer to operate as a new one”, as if we were too stupid to realize the age of the equipment. Very condescending, probably the worst we have ever been treated by any service rep. Would definitely not recommend this type of unprofessional service to anyone.

Cruz came to repair a one month old Kitchen Aid refrigerator that was leaking water which was freezing in the ice bin compartment. He was prompt, polite and professional. On the first visit he didn’t have the correct part so we rescheduled and he explained the reasons why he wanted to have specific parts. On the scheduled work day Cruz was efficient and ran diagnostics after to make sure all other operations were functioning. Unfortunately the replaced parts (ice maker and valve) did not fix the issue. I find fault with Kitchen Aid for the design of the components not Cruz since he is trying to fix a problem created by the manufacturer and designer of the refrigerator.

It took almost 7 weeks to get all the parts needed to fix the washer I understand there’s a pandemic going on. If I had been told from the start there was going to be a delay instead of being rescheduled 3 times then told I would be called when all the parts were in that would have made better sense.

Hector, who repaired our refrigerator, really knew his stuff. He was efficient, courteous, and was health conscious (mask, social distancing). I’m unsure of the audience of this review, and don’t wish to have it published, but where some office staff were friendly and helpful, I cannot say that across the board. Over the 2-3 weeks of interactions, I left three messages which were never returned, and the times where I did get through, I had to wait on hold what seemed like too long.

John was terrific. We had an ongoing oven problem and Kitchenaid had recommended a different applicance repair service. That service failed to diagnose the problem, charged us for the visits and an unnecessary part. ARS was excellent: John diagnosed the problem immediately. The only delay was in getting the part due to Covid19 shipping issues. But once it came in, John was on time if not early, installed it without a hitch and the oven is working as it should. All around excellent customer service.

I had my fridge serviced for an ice maker issue. Well it was replaced and now it still isn’t working and making a noise. I call the company and am told that they can’t send anyone out for almost a week.... because it has to be the same person to come back. I’m super disappointed that there is no urgency and also I was told the noise was due to a faulty ice maker which it’s even louder now with a new one (that doesn’t work) now I am stuck hoping the fridge doesn’t go out from now til next week with whatever noise is happening.

Let the technician know what the issue was with my microwave and asked him to please check not only the lightbulb but also possible shortage. Not only did he come into my home smelling like cigarette smoke that was so strong it lingered in my home but he didn’t even check the unit properly, immediately said it was the lightbulb and said he would order it and took off. A week later when I requested another technician, Allen was very helpful. He tried putting the lightbulb and the lightbulb immediately exploded. When he checked the unit deeply, come to find out the socket/wiring was faulty and needed to be changed. I thank Allen for his help but what upset me the most was I had told the first technician to please check the wiring and he didn’t so now I have to wait longer for my microwave to be fixed.

Service Tech Kevin was excellent and informative. Unfortunately the problem still exists and nobody seems to have an idea what to do other than replace the door which is another $800 bucks on top of the over $600 we have spent to get nowhere. This was not Kevin's fault and rather than spend what would be $1400 on a door we will just live wiuth the issue until we can replace with some other brand.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS325SDHW04 Installed in line filters for air running through the lines. Seems like it finally stopped dripping. Tested water in front. Tested one more time. Has one drip right after unit finishes filling a cup of water. Job completed
