The back left hinge was badly bent and the unit was not level because of it. Customer is contacting Urners to fix install issue since its not covered under warranty.

Found the unit had no error codes stored at this time. I ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions tested ok. I did find the drain hose sitting at 21 inches and should be at 39 so customer will get that taken care of. I recalibrated the unit and that restored normal operation of the unit. All tested ok after calibrating control. Job completed.
