"On display service sheet it says that fc thermistor is on number 3 number 2 normally indicated open sensor which would be faulty but giving number 3. when checked inside freezer on left side wall you can see a thermistor that has no cover and that its taped up and looks ripped. Also defrost bimetal shows bimetal open. Called wp for troubleshooting and documentation. The ripped thermistor on wall will be unrepairable. Cx mentioned issue has been from very beginning with freezer also never had cover per Cx. Unit still not cooling on both sides and also Ff side has dry ice build up outside of cover, Wp gave file number which is(7736570959). Cx will have to call either there 3rd party warranty or customer care."

Pushed button to open the door. The door did not open immediately. Applied more pressure and the door opened up. Cleaned ring of oily substance off door and the microwave tried pushing button again and found the door pending as designed multiple times . Lubricated the hinge. Ran the unit for 3 minutes but could not detect any issues. Advised customer to wipe up any spills as they happen and to try cleaning the doors if they become difficult to open.

Customers complaint is that ice production is slow. Upon arrival ice bucket was full. Customer explained to me after last repair it took four days for the ice bucket to completely fill up from zero.Contacted Electrolux tech support energy efficient icemaker makes about 2 pounds per day thats 32oz which is 4 cups per day. This is normal design we cannot change this design. Do not send us back out for this repair per Electrolux. SR#86401467
