Found two issues one the unit had a f2e1 error code. I removed the error and ran a user interface test and all functions tested ok in that test. I then ran a diagnostic cycle and noticed the motor not operating properly. I tilted the unit back and found the bolt that holds the rotor in place dropped down so the motor was not secured. I removed the motor and checked the clutch and slider and all tested ok. I reinstalled the bolt and ran a diagnostic cycle and finished with a recalibration cycle on step 52 in diagnostics. All functions were restored job completed.
