At 110 min displayed, unit shuts off. Installed GE Smart HQ Diagnostic tool. Found Fault code F56 x 5 indicating a no drain condition detected. Cleared code. Tested again, code repeats. Cleared code. Inspected filter cup found blocked. Washed filter cup and reinstalled. Tested unit again and unit now runs properly. Verified fault code did not return. Tested in normal cycle. Unit now runs and operates properly. Advised customer water temperature being supplied to dishwasher is far below the required minimum of 120f. "Upon arrival, tested unit pulled water supply line off filled main drain with water for five minutes. Main drain is not backing up reconnected and filled unit completely up with water ran it through some agitation cycles and threw a spin could not duplicate the leak whatsoever. I did find a tootsie roll wrapper in the fabric softener dispenser area that is molded to the tub. It is possible that when water is cycling through fabric softener dispenser was splashing over due to being clogged by a candy wrapper I did run the fabric softener dispenser test and diagnostic modes. After I remove the paper there was no water to be found anywhere nothing leaking. I advise the customer that if this happens again to please take videos and pictures so we can try and figure this problem but the unit is working as intended. No issues found job complete."

"Costco warranty 2 years warranty Checked the unit operations the capacitor was replaced , but needed belt and pulley asm replaced as well they have grease on them as well , and as a result are slipping and causing the unit to make noises replaced the belt and pulley asm cleaned the motor tested operating ok now at this time ; used 1 W10721967 (DRIVE PULLEY), and 1 WPW10006384 (DRIVE BELT) from stock"
