I found a loose connection to one of the moisture sensor rods was able to re-crimp it tested unit unit is now cycling and heating as intended. I put my temperature probe into the unit unit maintained an average temperature of around 358° unit had no error codes at all. I advise customer about the calibration once again, I instructed her and showed her how to use the calibration and I did raise the temperature on both ovens +10°.
