"F7/E6-MOTOR FAULT, F0/E5-OFF BALANCEON ARRIVAL THE MOTOR COVER WAS OFF. THIS UNIT IS UPSTAIRS AND SIT IN A SHALLOW PAN. THE DRAIN PORT IS DIRECTLY UNDER THE GEARCASE. CX complaints of noise during operation, the source is the drain port rubbing while unit is filled and in operation. The suspension rods are in operational order. The level legs were drawn in all the way. This caused the issue with the noise and in operation. Raised the level legs to highest point. Loaded the unit with clothes and ran a cycle. Replaced the cam, calibration passed. All ops normal."

"Upon arrival put unit in diagnostic mode unit would not agitate or spin inspected underneath the unit after diagnostic cycles found that transmission was heavily leaking the belt I had so much oil on it that it slipped off. Also, the motor was heavily saturated in gear case. oil advised, customer that this would need a new transmission, motor, hub assembly and cam assembly gave her a quote. The customer has decided that they will just buy a new unit job complete

"Pre-ID was a miss. Ran diagnostics. Had f3e2, f8e1, f2e1 error codes. No cold or hot water only dispensers. Found hot and cold valves stuck closed, inlet thermistor failed. Needs water inlet valve. Per Tiffany ok to replace part and close out job. Replaced water inlet valve. Ran load size calibration, auto test cycle. Locks/ unlocks, fills, agitates, drains, rinses, dispenses and spins properly at this time. Instructed customer not to use powder detergent or organic detergents.; used 1 W11165546 (Valve) from stock"
