Greg. At tech line. This unit is not like other units. It dose take longer then like the normal style dryer to dry the clothes. Tested unit with a huge towel. Unit takes a little longer to dry plus towels should be balled before putting in this smaller unit even in a larger one. It helps open up the material so it will dry or even wash better. . The unit is possible that its being over loaded and can not take heavy loads. Checked for codes again and checked with ge tool plugged in. Everything checked out. Job completed

Found the gas valve cycled on and off as normal but the flame is not staying on long enough. I ran my dryer vent tester and it failed with the vent connected and passed with the vent disconnected. Recommend having vent cleaned out for the unit to operate properly. Job completed 90 day customer instruction.

With the help of techline we identified a loose connection at bottom of freezer door. According to techline, if issue persists, there is an issue with the wire harness in freezer door or harness leading to freezer door. Unit operating as designed. Job complete."
