"Cx said they think something was caught in the drain pump. Water still in unit upon arrival. Did manual drain and found some resistance in the pump. Removed and found debris inside that were locking up the motor removed and retested. Unit now draining fine. Cx Also, concerned with popping noise. Was able to re-create it in the transmission. It was pretty typical noise based on the units age. I did not recommend she change the transmission until it starts to fail."

"Units evap fan blade was hitting against the housing. Ventilation was iced over. Cleared vents with steam and repositioned fan motor so that the blade is no longer making contact. Plastic brackets were broken keeping fan motor from being seated properly. Asked cx if they wanted to replace all of the broken parts and they said no. I got the unit up and running. If they change their mind and call back, we need 18 2 29 12 23 and 26 from liner parts section of parts diagram."

Found who we control set an ideal change pooling control for maximal Cooling due to high heat temperatures during the summer. recommend changing Cooling Settings after summer. Heat breaks. Also recommend refrigerator toepanel Grill be removed it every two months for the life of the product and the condenser coil should be vacuumed and brushed clean to maintain high level of energy efficiency, and increase ice production. A condenser call that has not been regularly causes the refrigerator to run longer, use more electricity and slow down and ice production, no parts used or needed. No charge to customer. "The ice machine is not putting water over the mold. Checked the unit in test mode. All functions check good except for fill. Removed the filter the water is filling the water bucket, now going over the mold. Removing the filter is allowing operation. CX SAID THEY WILL GET NEW FILTERS. THEY WANT TO TRY THE FILTER FIRST. (THE INLET VALVE WOULD BE NEEDED IF CALLS BACK.)"

"No answer at the door. Office called CX. CXmoved Unit to new location. 2161 unit B CX says the unit is not cooling. On arrival, the unit is hooked up and running. Frost pattern is present, compressor running unit is cooling. Put into test mode, fan and compressor good. The board is sending power to the heater but not activating. The heater is open. Replaced the element test good. All ops normal."

Installed dryer kit, test failed. Noisy still. Found the blower wheel housing rubbing against the blower. Corrected issue. Unit is operational ; used 1 280148 (Cuttoff), 1 WP3387747 (Heater), and 1 4392067 (Dryer kit) from stock"

Found unit making ice cx stated it stops making ice and dispensing water sometimes. Used perma gum to avoid air migration from air tower into reservoir area. Asked cx to call back if it reoccurs.
