"JB out 7/11/23. Found unit with power off at circuit breaker upon arrival. Turned breaker on, verified cooling fan (upper) running when oven is off. Fan runs constantly. Removed over from wall cavity. Removed oven top cover. Inspected all wire harness connections to control(s). Replaced Lefthand Control W11448961. Cooling fan still runs constantly. Removed oven back cover (upper cooling fan replaced last visit). Inspected all wire harness connections. Found no damage to any wire, all harness connected properly.Tested again. Now cooling fan is off. Ran diagnostics verified no stored error codes. Reassembled oven and reinstalled unit into wall cavity. Tested upper oven in Bake mode to 350f.oven and cooling fan (low speed) operating properly. Shut oven off. Verified no cooling fan operating. Unit is operating normally. Tested upper oven again.set to 425f. Oven is operating normally. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE"

"Called KC at tech line Case#6614873847Called tech line to report the washer has flex when ramping up speed to spin and its the pedestal that is flexing, checked feet on the washer and pedestal they are correct , the pedestal its self is flexing for short periods when ramping up to max spin , tested with 5 towels and when at hi speed unit is good , KC said the pedestal is an accessory item. He doesnt deal with pedestals and to have the unit put on the ground without the pedestal and that should subside Any movement issues. Asked for a case number he said use the phone number as a case number. Customer has any more issues with pedestal refer back to GE customer service phone number within their owners manual."

"Upon arrival inspected unit all temperatures within the unit are normal. Fresh food compartment is at 37. Freezer is at zero the little bits of crystallization that she is seeing on. Top of the food is normal. It is humid at this time of the year and a lot of moisture in the air, which is causing the fog and the little bits of crystallization that she had seen the unit is sealing properly and working as intended job complete"

Installed lever. Found the broken tabs in the LH side that hold the panel lubricated and shaved the switch holder to make the lever move easier . Tested unit and found it operating as designed. When the customer used the unit it started counting down but did not heat. They tried it again and it did. I called the office and spoke with the office supervisor about what had happened. Instructed the customer to call the office if the unit has further issues.

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F0E5 this for out balance. Erase the code and test the unit. Customer has a video of unit make loud sound coming form the unit, check the unit on agitation and spin, and no of those steps of the cycle are bad. Check the bottom of the unit, and unit doesnt have any damage on the bottom or any oil leak. Adjust the splutch on the unit. Retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Job complete"
