"Customer complaint door seal, not closing properly upon arrival. Found. Right lower. Made adjustments to left side door. Than other side. Cx continues to open the left side door first. Tearing the door seal."

"Unit not dispensing water or making ice upon arrival. When water dispenser was depressed, I could not hear the water valve opening. Checked the valves d found the harness was loose. Re plugged and verified its now dispensing."

"Upon arrival the unit was unplugged. Why the unit was plugged in, it started to drain. After draining I was able to start the washer. TheHQ tester found 6 fault codes. Three were related to start up, one was an out of balance load, one was water left in the washer for more then 15 minutes, and the last was a vent failure. The vent does pass the test. The last cycle to run showed that it ended the cycle prematurely due to the power button being pressed. I raised the drain hose because it was lower than the tub."

Unit does not drain because drain hose to high with Too many bens in hose builder will have to drill on inside on wood under cabinet complete

Installed new inverter and retested unit now working as designed job completed

Inspected unit and was having trouble with buttons. Reset buyin plugging and was still having issues. No errors present. Replaced ui and unit buttons were now responding. Unit then passed all tests. Job completed

"Inspected unit and found no cooling. Started unit and compressor was not running. Replaced ui cold control and unit is now cooling. Condenser fan was rubbing on mount. Had to removed back panel and adjust fan motor blade. If noises return unit would need new condenser fan motor, motor mount and blade. Cx is to wait 25 hrs to see if cooling is correct. Job complete."
