Was not able to draw water from the dispenser. Customer had replaced the filter and no water was in it. Removed filter and tested unit with the filter bypass and water ran through the system. New filter ended up being a bad one. Customer going to return the filter to Home Depot and try another one.

"Visual and physical inspection lead me to a freezer drawer seal that was not sealing completely because the drawer has been left open for days, also, an ice buildup in freezers cavity was preventing the drawer for proper closing, and a frost up light switch. So I have cleared the ice buildup and defrosted the switch and it worked, ice maker harvested. So so far all is good but, FF Section left and right doors seals are damaged and must be replaced. Tenant will talk to landlord and will reach out to us if the repair will be required or not. (Landlords 8054447182 auriane)."
