"Upon arrival inspected unit inspected icemaker. Icemaker is working as intended. Inspected valve valve is working as intended. found that the customer has a reverse osmosis machine. I tested pressure. from the reverse osmosis under the sink to the inlet valve for the refrigerator. The pressure is at its bare minimum. I then tested the water filter on the unit. The unit is barely filling 4 ounces in eight seconds which is not adequate, possibly dripping from low pressure and freezing over icefield to explain to customer that they will need to contact a plumber to get this pressure issue fixed before we can further diagnose this issue but the unit is working as intended. Lower icemaker is working as it should job complete. If problem persists order. W11658802 upper ice maker"
