Found the temp in the freezer fine but the refrigerator section warmer than normal. I checked the evap fan and it was running. I then checked the damper to see if it was open and it was. So I checked the return ducts and they were both blocked so the refrigerator was not able to circulate the air properly. I steamed out the return ducts and reinstalled all parts and panels and now there is air getting to the refrigerator section. I informed the customer that it will take 24 hours for temps to normalize job completed.

"Upon arrival found unit no fill it up with water on the heavy duty cycle. Check the unit and found the water valve is not activated correctly on the cycle and be able to reproduce the failure. Replace the controlled war and water valve on the unit. Retest the unit and unit is working properly, test the unit recycle and the unit fill it up with water. Job complete."
