File number 7737124700. Called tech line with findings. No gas leaking from the unit while in use or otherwise. Also the gas to air mixture is good or the flames would have a different color to them. All flames are burning blue with a orange tip periodically. Tech line recommend having the gas company come out and give what the reading actually is in parts per million ppm. Industry standard is 800 ppm but tech line said whirlpool is around 200 ppm. All tested ok at this timer. Job completed.

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found that unit was giving a F7 E1 error code. I inspected the stater motor all wires and cables from harness, put unit into diagnostic mode on spin. It will not engage into spin, went back under the machine, and found that the state or not was falling out of the unit I replacedthe stater nut put unit back into diagnostics unit is now working as intended. Advised customer that the unit is going to eventually need suspension.
