Inspected newly installed machine found installer has actually ducted two separate dryers into one ducting exiting the house from one exhaust fan hood. Advise customer each dryer must have its own exhaust Ducting and its own exhaust vent hood leaving the house. The water thats accumulating in the dryer is being supplied from the other dryer exhaust into this machine. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect. Found service call visit. "Checked the unit the fresh food section has intermittently froze some things with water in it and even the water pitcher developed some ice 2 shelves below is the temperature thermistor those 2 lower shelves are packed and allow minimal air flow to the thermistor as a result the unit cools a little longer than it should, and as a result, intermittently, freezes certain things that have water product in them , advise customer to keep those two shelves clean and clear so maximum airflow will flow through those sections to get more accurate temperatures unit is working as designed it right now set a 37° tracking at 38° right now unit is working as designed at this time and will get better results when that section is clean and cleared out allow 24 to 48 hours for results"
