"JB out 4/5/24Customer states Climate zone drawer does not slide in and out smoothly. Upon arrival found climate zone drawer had been misaligned when installed by the factory. Removed climate zone drawer applied silicone grease to the metal rails. And properly reinstalled climate zone drawer. Climate zone drawer now operates smoothly and as designed. Found installers have not properly leveled the refrigerator, leveled refrigerator cabinet and instructed customer about replacement water filters. No parts were needed or used. No charge to customer.
