"JB out 10/26/23.Customer states washing machine shakes badly during spin cycle and does not squeeze or extract water from clothes. Upon arrival found washing machine and use and verify presence of excessive soapsuds. Cancel the current wash cycle to drain and spin. Verify unit did drain and spin clothing. Clothing did not go off balance or shake washing machine. Tested and inspected washing machine suspension and found in good condition. Recommend customer will immediately stop using HE turbo pods detergent as they are two highly concentrated for this low fill High-efficiency washing machine. Recommend customer carefully load clothes in loose heaps. Evenly dropped around the agitator. Also, recommend customers choice of either liquid or powder detergent, but to check that the formulation is HE only and NOT HE turbo and no pods as they are too highly concentrated. From today forward do use powder or liquid detergent HE only and one Measured Teaspoon maximum unable to verify any mechanical defect the washer no parts used. JOB COMPLETE"

Found the unit had no error codes stored at this time. I ran a diagnostic cycle and not filling with enough water. I recalibrated the control and now the sensor on the control is able to add the correct amount of water per the cycle and options selected. All functions tested properly after repair. Job completed.

Found two issue one the turntable making noise and not spinning properly. I found the right side screw loose and after tightening the noise went away and is now rotating properly. Also the holder is receiving 124 volts but no operation of the bulb. Informed the customer bulbs are not covered so I gave the customer the part number. All functions except the hood lamp check ok. Job completed.
