"JB Out 5/10/22. Customer states the dryer has no heat and does not drive to Covid. Upon arrival ran dryer in timed dry cycle verified proper ignition of burner and presence of heat. Performed exhaust duct intestine verified exhaust duct is 95% blocked. He cannot get out and burner cycles off quickly. Recommend customer replace existing exhaust vent hood and have a professional duct cleaning service clean the accumulation of Lint inside the ducting inside the walls to be cleaned out prior to use. Verified exhaust vent hood must be replaced, as lost venhood is blocked with lint buildup and rodent nest. No parts used. No charge to customer. Advise a one time courtesy no charge on a no defect found service call visit. Job complete"

"JB out 4/9/22 customer states unit will not spin. Upon arrival verified water in sump, drain pump not running. Further inspection found Molex connector to drain pump not fully engaged. Removed and reengage Molex connector to drain pump. Tested operation repeatedly with customer. Unit now drains and operates as designed. No parts. No charge to customer. Job complete job complete"

"JB out 4/9/22 customer states refrigerator drips water on kitchen floor in front of freezer drawer. Further inspection found ice buildup on bottom of freezer due to frozen defrost drain. Found installer had not leveled cabinet upon installation, cabinet was actually leaning forward preventing all defrost water from draining properly. Properly adjusted cabinet level so doors not close properly and sealed properly. Customer will remove all foods from refrigerator and freezer compartments then defrost unit for 36 hours to allow all ice to melt. Afterwards water should be wiped up, door should be closed and the unit should be allowed to run for eight solid hours before returning perishable foods back into the refrigerator and freezer for storage. Tightened freezer drawer handle. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete"
