Units fresh food evaporator drip pan is warped and leaking water into the bottom of the fresh food cabinet. This is not the same issue that was resolved last visit. The freezer section is operating as designed. The drip from the water valve has been resolved as well. CX is complaining that the unit wasnt dispensing ice. Upon diagnosis I found the ice maker shut off arm to not be in the right position. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the ice maker properly. I then tested unit after and everything is working as designed at this time.

"JB OUT 11/13/24Customer states that the dishwasher is taking a very long time to wash and finish.Note: JB out 10/31/24, installed replacement Sump and motor assembly.Tested dishwasher 11/13/24: verified water being supplied to the dishwasher from the house water mounted more that25 feet away from dishwasher is far below the required minimum temperature of no less that 120f.Tested dishwasher normal cycle verified correct water fill and water wash motor operation. Advise customer for better performance and better drivability purchase install and use a point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink adjacent to the dishwasher set to a minimum of 125°F. "Unit will not unlock lid and was shaking excessive before that. I found that the suspension rods had failed and this caused the basket to bounce during operation. The bouncing basket hit the latch and broke the latch, outer tub and tub ring. Due to new tub being needed the seal on the gearcase will also need to be done to prevent leaking. Ordering latch, tub ring, outer tub, gearcase, belt, and cam. Will use suspension, hub, and agitator on return. Needs autho. Please try for additional labor due to outer tub replacement. Found the heater is not operating. There is a f4e2 error code. The error means the heater is unplugged open or its the heater relay. The heater checked ok at 23 ohms.
