F1E1 for hard fault. Failed user interface and main control. Removed and replaced main control and user interface. Ran diagnostic. All tests good.

"Found RH RC door gasket peeling, magnet coming out. Replaced RH RC door gasket. Heat treated gasket. Advised customer to open RH RC door then LH RC door, close LH RC door then RH RC door. Advised to leave RC doors closed for 4 hours before opening. Reset temps. Advised customer not to block damper vent or edges of shelves for proper air flow and temps. Complete."

Found FC drain iced up. Deiced FC drain w/ steamer. Adjusted/ secured heater to drip tray. Unit is cooling properly at this time. Advised customer to make sure FC door is closed tight. Complete.

THE PULLEY MOVES FREELY OF THE MOTOR SHAFT, CAUSE OF ISSUE. I have a video of the pulley moving freely. The belt twisted and the sensor was hit by the belt.
