Check the unit and found the unit is not detecting the right the speed of the basket causing the failure. Recalibrate the unit and now unit is working properly. Inform the customer about the deep water cycle, if there is too heavy clothes or items, the water amount is gonna be minimum in order to prevent the motor to hit the ground. Job complete."

"I have performed a factory mandatory heater upgrade, after, I ran diagnostics and found an F9-E1 code which refer to drain system issues, continued with a auto test and all components tested fine. Called support to document and spoke with Travis, he heard my explanation about draining issues that I witnessed (see picture) this kind of setting creates a siphon and throws off the proper function of the unit. After, he had strongly recommended to have a plumber come in and create a high loop or install an air gap 7737551522"
