When they washed a blanket the unit did not wring out what was inside and Checked for faults and found a 8-1(low/no flow)0-9(OOB pause) . Ran a service test and found the unit passed without faultThe liquid insert for the dispenser has been removed for dry detergent. There is a lot of detergent on the top of the basket(loading) . Cleaned this off and ran a quick cycle. The unit made a large amount of suds during this cycle even after the test cycle. Found the cold water was slower from the house valve than the hot water. "JB out 7/3/24.Upon arrival, verify date of purchase as June 20, 2024. Please see attached quick pic photograph of purchase receipt from Home Depot. Customer states intermittently unit makes loud buzzing noises. Upon arrival found the machine making a very low hum buzzing noise. Touch cabinet and noise went away. Adjusted front left and right level legs lower down against the ground to prevent vibration of the refrigerator cabinet. Unable to verify any noise at this time. No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Found the evap fan motor stuck and not allowing the fan blade to turn. The motor had 116 volts going to it. I replaced the evap fan and that fixed the cooling issue. There was a secondary issue with the ice maker and that was the fact that it wasnt producing ice. I informed the customer that the ice maker is an accessory on this unit. I did verify that it is cycling after reinstalling panel and ice maker. All functions are now working. Allow 24 hours of temps to normalize. Job completed. ; used 1 Wp2315539 (Motor evap) from stock
