Upon arrival inspected unit Found unit higher in temperature also found evaporator completely frozen over and A sheet of ice underneath the pantry drawers we have been out here multiple times for the same issue ordering parts to try and correct this I have replaced the drain pan twice still has not fix the problem this as a possible obstruction inside the drain to the liner of the unit I have completely thawed it out and blown it out with steamer and ran quarter inch tube through it to try and clear whatever is causing the obstruction causing the evaporator to freeze over and not drain correctly. Will need to contact tech-support upon my next arrival. Unit tried to agitate entire basket assembly. F0e3 overload error code present. Unit will need a new sprutch assembly and actuator. Also guard had been worn previously and is now making noises.
