Found a pressure system fault upon inspection. The pressure hose was loosely fitted to the control. I reconnected and ran the pressure test. Unit is now filling without issue and progressing through cycles.

Found cam making noise replaced belt actuator and cam tested working properly

Found the unit does have a f8e1 error code stored. I verified the screens and they are clear. There are no obstructions in the pressure hose or sensor. I ran several diagnostic cycles and last I stated a load and no error code present and it is going through the cycle. Possibly reset after performing a diagnostic cycle. I removed the error code stored and all functions are testing properly. Job completed.

JB out 11/8/23.Customer states unit does not power up or run and no display is illuminated.Upon arriving found installer has incorrectly installed dishwasher mount downs brackets incorrectly leaving a sharp edge exposed providing a potent ion injury hazard (see quick pic photo).Removed toe panel and J box cover to test for power and found installer have very poorly installed appliance power cord to appliance wire harness. Do knock out insulator was used allowing wires to rub against knock out hole if J box. Wires very poorly connected leaving a short circuit/fire hazard potential (see quick pic photos). Instantly unplugged piers cord from Power outlet. Instructed customer to contact installer to return an properly and safely correct this installation deficiency.Advised customer: Whirlpool provides a very good product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The product warranty does NOT cover installation corrections of any kind.Reinstalled J box cover and toe panel.ADVISED CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THIS DISHWASHER UNPLUGGED FROM POWER SUPPLY UNTIL THE INSTALLATION CORRECTION HAS BEEN MADE.NO REPAIR MADE NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER.JOB COMPLETE.

Replaced timer/ harness assembly. Timer is advancing and shutting off ok at this time. Tumbling and heating properly at this time. Complete.

Replaced regulator.oven now working properly.

Replaced leaking water valve. Cleared ice from the Icemaker fill tube. Unit ok after repair.

Replaced worn out agitator splines were damaged. Tested after repair all ok.

Installed Icemaker extension in order to prevent ice from falling out of bin.

Replaced suspension tested unit unit passed all test job complete

After replacing all parts ordered the latch is now latching and the drain pump is able to remove the water from the tub. The suspension no pass the test after being replaced. All functions now tested properly after repair. Job completed.

After replacing the heater the unit is now going to be able to defrost itself and continue working. All other functions tested properly. Job completed.
