Found the customer showed me a video of the entire refrigerator turning off and on. I entered diagnostic and verified heater operation and bi metal state and it was closed so the heater functioning just fine. I ran all dc components individually and none of them turned the unit off. Possibly a loose connection at control so I accessed the connection and made sure all connections were inserted properly. I wiggled the power code and the unit stayed on consistently. Set unit to 8 hour defrost cycle for better defrosting. All tested ok after repair. Job completed.

Cx states freezer stopped cooling. They disconnected freezer for 2-3 days and then unit was operating free powering up. Measured product temperature to be 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Evap fan running. Even frost pattern on evaporator. Condenser fan running. Replaced main board. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Running a diagnostics. F8e1. Corrected the valve issue. Ran when valve was shut off. Now unit is filling and washing correctly. Door had a lot of soap scum on inner glass. The seal and door were not sealing together properly. Cleaned and tried a cycle. No leak. Customer is doing a clean cycle now and unit is working correctly. Checked all of the other functions. All working and customer is keeping a eye on it. Job completed
