"Upon arrival, inspected unit units. Complaint was at the unit makes a vibrating and gurgling noise but you need to diagnostics ran. All fans or fans are working as intended. Not really making the noise advised consumer that gurgling and vibrations from the compressor and salt system. Our normal unit is cooling as intended. Inspected evaporator covers for frost buildup. Customer stated that the cabinets above range fell off wall and landed on top of range damaging grates and a knob. Grates (W11465357) and knob (w11620491) not covered because they didnt fail under normal operation. Knob and grates are also non-functional parts and excluded from warranty without an autho number from whirlpool. The right front burner is not working. Customer states the unit is leaving detergent on the clothes and not fully wringing them out. When they washed a blanket the unit did not wring out what was inside and Checked for faults and found a 8-1(low/no flow)0-9(OOB pause) . Ran a service test and found the unit passed without faultThe liquid insert for the dispenser has been removed for dry detergent. There is a lot of detergent on the top of the basket(loading) . Cleaned this off and ran a quick cycle. The unit made a large amount of suds during this cycle even after the test cycle. Found the cold water was slower from the house valve than the hot water. Called WPTS and found they are closed.; schdld next appmnt for 7/5 FRI AM
