"Upon arrival customer stated nip it is not cold enough in refrigerator section freezer section is working fine tested unit and found unit was one temperature setting lower than recommended temp setting for refrigerator section. I brought temp setting to recommend temp and used temp probe to test temps in refrigerator section and found unit was at 38 degrees middle shelf unit is at proper cooling temps instructed customer on proper use and care of unit, unit is functioning properly at this time of service."
