Upon arrival found unit with rack falling down this because one of the wheels on the left side is broke. Replace the adjuster kit on the unit. Retest the rack and now everything is working properly. Job complete.

I removed the error code stored and all functions are testing properly. Job completed.

Ran cycle and unit did not heat up. Found open thermostat. Replaced the thermostat and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed.; used 1 W10909685 (Thermostat) from stock

Found a pressure system fault upon inspection. The pressure hose was loosely fitted to the control. I reconnected and ran the pressure test. Unit is now filling without issue and progressing through cycles.

Heater was not heating. Voltage was fine. Checked connections at heater and found loose wire. Reconnected and tested. Unit is now heating.

Ice chug module was removed and replaced. I believe it was A defective parts not sealing properly freezing the water line. Unit is working as intended. Job completed.

JB out 11/8/23.Customer states unit does not power up or run and no display is illuminated.Upon arriving found installer has incorrectly installed dishwasher mount downs brackets incorrectly leaving a sharp edge exposed providing a potent ion injury hazard (see quick pic photo).Removed toe panel and J box cover to test for power and found installer have very poorly installed appliance power cord to appliance wire harness. Do knock out insulator was used allowing wires to rub against knock out hole if J box. Wires very poorly connected leaving a short circuit/fire hazard potential (see quick pic photos). Instantly unplugged piers cord from Power outlet. Instructed customer to contact installer to return an properly and safely correct this installation deficiency.Advised customer: Whirlpool provides a very good product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The product warranty does NOT cover installation corrections of any kind.Reinstalled J box cover and toe panel.ADVISED CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THIS DISHWASHER UNPLUGGED FROM POWER SUPPLY UNTIL THE INSTALLATION CORRECTION HAS BEEN MADE.NO REPAIR MADE NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER.JOB COMPLETE.
