Unit has a bad capacitor. Replaced with pre ID part. Unit checks ok.

Inspected unit as necessary. Diagnosed wire harness coming to bulb holder not seated properly. Technician adjusted wire to bulb holder. All OK

F0E5 F2E1. Unit was shaking during spin upon arrival. Unit was already leveled. The basket was wobbling inside the tub. Found that the nut securing it to the transmission was loose and causing the wobble. I tightened it back up and retested. Unit is now spinning normally.

Found the noise coming from the drain hose and power cord tapping against the back panel of the wash and making a loud noise. I was able to route the power card differently but the drain hose as no room to be relocated. I gave the maintenance team a tip to insulate the drain tube with a foam and that will stop the rest of the noise. All functions tested ok. No error codes stored. Job completed.

"Customer states the unit is not freezing properly. Some of the food is not frozen solid and ice cream becomes mushy after only a day or two. Called WPTS(7738871236) and spoke to them about what I saw. The evaporator fan was not running while I was speaking to the customer. I turned down the cooling and closed the door. As she was removing the Fc items the fan came on. When I opened the evaporator compartment there was only a partial frost pattern. Later after troubleshooting it looked better even though I would expect it to be worse since I had the unit open and the evaporation panel off while I was inspecting for leaks. When doing a wattage test there was only about 15-20 watts. Per WPTS it should be more like 70-90 watts the amp draw was about 1 amp. I looked for evidence of leaks in the unit and evaporator compartments but found no evidence. WPTS recommended pressurizing the unit with nitrogen and checking for leaks. If I do this now the customer will not have any cooling at all until I can get sealed system parts to repair this unit. "Upon arrival, inspected unit unit would not start to spin in like it make a loud humming I replaced the actuator and capacitor. Retested unit after checking, splotch clutch was fine belt was fine during spinning. The motor found that the motor was seizing up I was able to free it.
