Found after replacing the freezer door the door is now closing properly and the ice maker is cycling. I reset the unit after testing the ice maker and I had to heat treat the door gasket on the top right of the freezer door because is was a little warped. After heat treatment the freezer door is sealing on all four sides. Job completed.
