I gained access to the suspension rods to show the customer why there is so much sway and I found all four bushings out of place so I reinstalled them. I then ran a diagnostic cycle to check functions. All functions tested ok after adjustments to the bushings. I recalibrated the control and gave best tips and practices. All functions working fine after repair. Job completed.

Found the unit has a f7e4 error code. I removed the actuator and cam assembly and the cam assembly checked ok. The actuator arm was broken. Reason for the f7e4. I replaced the actuator and ran another diagnostic test and now the motor operates and the error code is gone. I reset the unit and ran a quick wash and all functions restored and working. Job completed.

Found the unit not heating on arrival. The igniter will turn on but no ignition. I replaced the front panel and found the assist coil not connected fully. I reconnected it and reinstalled the front panel. The valve is now igniting. And the unit is heating. I ran a dryer vent test and it failed with the vent connected and passed with the vent disconnected so recommended the customer have that vent addressed. But as for the heating it is now restored after reconnecting the assist coil. Job completed

Inform the customer is because the water is shot out on the top of the ring tub, this when unit is change from hot to cold water, this is because the pressure is high, causing this, suggest the customer to decrease the pressure going to the unit, by closing a little bit the valves. "Upon arrival found unit with fresh food compartment no cooling properly. Check the unit and found ice formation on the evaporator cover. Check the unit and found the evaporator thermistor is bad causing the defrost issue. This unit will need new cover and thermistor. Additional customer complaint about the unit no dispensing ice. Check the unit and found paddle is working, but no motor moving. Check the bottom part of the door and blue wire is damage causing the failure. This unit will need new door. Inform this to the customer and they decide to try get a concession form whirlpool. Job complete"
