"JB out 5/9/24.Customer states washer wont lock and wont run.Upon arrival found failed latch (lock assembly) hanging in the wash tub.Installed replacement Latch W11513248.Reassembled top cover and tested operation. "Unit not cooling. Freezer product temp is 29 degrees Fahrenheit. Rc product temp is 63 degrees Fahrenheit. No fans or compressor running. Called WPL to document and further diagnosis. Tracing dc short by unplugging one connector at a time until voltage at p5 connector runs stable. At time of call p5 connector was giving inconsistent voltage reading. Voltage then became stable and no matter what connector I plugged in out disconnected, voltage was readying stable 5vdc. Cannot confirm short.
