Found several issues. First the issue with items freezing. Found items blocking air vents behind each shelf and was the reasoning for the freezing. Second the ice maker not running and water leaking. Found the hose that goes to the unit loose. I reconnected it and it is no longer leaking. I was able to get water at the dispenser now and the ice maker all functions tested ok after repair and customer will rearrange items stored to insure they are not blocking any vents. One time customer instruction for the freezing of items in the refrigerator. Job completed.
