Customer unplugged the unit (resetting the main control board, the unit started working properly after that. On arrival the unit was working properly, accessed the electrical outlet, the outlet checked fine, it is wired properly, and proper voltage being supplied. Advised the customer the unit is working as designed at the time of service, most likely the board just needed to be reset. Customer is concerned they might have to replace the main control board and their warranty might be expired by then. Advised the customer to voice those concerns to their warranty provider."

"JB out 6/7/22. Upon arrival found rinse light blinking. Pressed START button and cycle continued To run. Canceled cycle. Ran diagnostics and found NO stored error codes. Ran Calibration cycle. Cycle passed. Advised current cycle was PAUSED. Found customer using he TURBO detergent. Advised AGAINST use of he TURBO as it is too highly concentrated for this low fill, high efficiency washing machine. Recommend choice if liquid or power detergentHE only NO TURBO, NO PODS. and very, very small amounts, typically ONE TEASPOON MAXIMUM. No parts needed. Advised of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect found service call visit. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"
