Customer states unit not igniting the top properly. Unit is under warranty. Found unit with a gas pressure issue. Found when you ignite one burner unit ignites good. Customer states unit making loud noise and vibrating really bad during spin. Unit is not under warranty. Found unit vibrating due to faulted suspension rods. Unit would need new suspension and hub. Informed customer that there is a good possibility that the agitator will not come off which could result in either replacement of the agitator. When I pulled the cover off of the evaporator today, I checked all of the wore connections to the heater and discovered a loose wire. Customer states the unit is tearing towels and baby clothes. Unit is under warranty.Checked for sharp edges with a microfiber towel and found nothing. Ran a service test and found the unit operating as designed. Customer states they are only washing 4-5 towels per cycle. The drain line is set up correctly. Called WPTS(21022966)and explained what I was finding. WPTS says to wash baby clothes in a garment bag and to try heavy duty for towels. WPTS feels the unit is operating as designed.; ordrng 1 W11513244 (Basket)

Customer states the FC a will defrost occasionally and there is a sound present.Unit is under warranty.Last visit when I opened the evaporator panel to replace the fan assembly I found very little frost pattern. This lead me to believe there might be sealed system issue. The odd thing is the unit had an almost full bin of ice. Today I find the frost pattern is full and there is a full ice bin. Found a .965 average amperage draw and 113 watts (160w when the compressor first comes on. When the defrost is on it is about 400 watts which is what is written on the tag. Called WPTS (21020122) to explain what the customers complaint is . WPTS feels there is more likely a defrost issue. They have had me put the unit into a timed defrost mode. They have said to have the customer load the FC (currently empty) and monitor the unit. If there are still cooling issues WPTS wants me to replace the defrost terminator. I am going to replace the control and set the unit to timed defrost. I have instructed the customer to load the unit with items that will retain temperatures. Attempted to install the control but it will not program ! I will need to return with another control and the evaporator fan assembly.; ordrng 1 W11642241 (Control #2)

"Unit is under warranty. 2nd year builder program. Customer stated that the left front burner, right rear and middle burners are not lighting. I found that the spark is weak and the left burner valve is not sending voltage. I also found failed burner heads not directing spark proper. Unit needs manifold , module, LF burner, middle burners, and RR burner. Returned today to install parts. Manifold came without harness W11703400 as it was supposed to. I replaced module and burner heads without manifold. Retested and all is working as designed. Manifold not needed but also missing parts. ; ordrng 1 W11703400 (Harness)"

Unit is in warranty. Customer stated that the lower trim broke and hits door when opening and closing. Sharp metal also exposed and customer is worried about their small child cutting himself. I inspected and found that the trim broke during normal use. No signs of physical damage. Ordering new vent. ; ordrng 1 W11598202 (Vent)
