In regards to the pantry door simple raising the unit in the frost stops the drawer from coming out. "Freezer is in between 0 and 5 degrees, water supply is on and hose isnt kinked ,is filling between 6 and 7 seconds,door switch is functioning properly, ran optics and Icemaker harvest test on phone with tech line by rotating ejector arms to 11-12 oclock position and watched Icemaker harvest and optics light up verifying that they are getting power and working but Icemaker didnt fully eject ice out of tray.icemaker went through full harvest cycle without dropping ice and filled with water. Asked techline representative for insight and he explained that very thing is working properly but Icemaker still is still only harvesting less than ten percent of ice bin.
