JB out 6/28/24Customer states door is very hard to open and very hard to close and door does not fit flush with front panel of cabinet. Upon arrival verify door is extremely hard to open and close. Adjusted door latch and door lubricated and tested with customer repeatedly. Door now opens and closes smoothly and satisfactory. I found door slightly misaligned. Properly adjusted door so that it fits flush with cabinet. Instructed customer about steamed dry feature. Also instructed customer about sensor cycles and timed dry cycles. No parts used. "On arrival tech used shop vac to clear drain of water, removed and replaced drain pump, and tested, found a leak now formed on drain line from the intermediate connection. Tried tightening worm clamp on hose and clamp would not secure. Tried explaining to wife at shop however the wife did not speak English and could not understand tech. The wife tried calling husband and he did not answer, tech advised wife the unit is leaking and needs a new clamp, as well as the drain should be installed with an air break to prevent any leaks, reverse siphon, or poor performance due to the drain laying on the ground and the wife kept saying husband go hospital. Tech tried reaching out to husband and he did not answer. Tech was waiting to get in touch with husband before closing ticket out however the unit started leaking before tech could advise husband of findings. ; O-emld tckt"
