F0E5 present. Cx states that they havent been able to get the machine to spin without banging around. Unit has been ending cycles early because of the OOB issue and not spinning clothes out completely. I found that the basket was loosely fastened to the transmission causing excessive movement during the spin. I tightened the basket nut and retested. Unit is spinning better now. I also share some tips with cx for getting the best performance. Unit is working as designed.

Took recording of door open @ 90° and let door shut showing closing force.Adjusted rear legs down to ground to properly level unit. Verified doors are not swinging any harder than designed. Took side profile pictures showing unit is flush with cabinetry.Took second recording showing door closure after rear leg adjustment. Doors are operating as designed. Cx and her husband explained that every other refrigerator they had would softly closure the door just before closing automatically. Tech explained there are springs above the door hinges and that this model does not have a soft closure feature. Cx is unhappy with the brand. Cx next states that upper left hinge makes a squeak noise when opened all the way. Took recordings. Due to custom cabinetry unit needs to be lowered several inches to allow enough room from upper panel to be removed.Removed upper panel and checked hardware which all hardware that is reachable are tight.Lowered unit to wheels and rolled out to remove upper left door spring and hinge asm.Reinstalled base plate and verified torx fasteners are tight. Installed door bushing and cam plate and spacers and verified hardware is tight. Noise is coming from base plate flexing downwards when doors bump stop cam comes into contact with bolted in door stop block. "Upon arrival, I have ran diagnostics and the only error code that came up was F0 E2 which stands for over-suds detection. Call whirlpool support and spoke with Dilan, he and I tried for a few times to access the the detergent dosage rate but couldnt.
